Participants will design, carve, and print their own original linocut blocks, then use them to create hand-printed tea towels and greeting cards. No experience needed. Take your stamp with you or leave it with us!

About the event

Printmaking Month for Tweens & Teens (Ages 12–18)


Join us for a creative and welcoming Printmaking Month, where tweens and teens can explore the art of printmaking in a relaxed and supportive environment. During these Saturday sessions, participants will learn simple stamp-making and printmaking techniques, experiment with materials, and create their own unique artwork to take home.


This program is facilitated by MSW interns from Adelphi University and the University at Albany, who help foster a space where creativity, self-expression, and community connection can thrive. Our goal is to provide a safe, inclusive environment that celebrates the unique abilities and talents of every participant.


Participants are encouraged to stay for two or more hours, allowing time to create, connect with peers, and enjoy a positive space designed just for teens. Whether you join us for one Saturday or several, each session offers the opportunity to build skills, express yourself through…
